Chickee’s Dance World is excited to announce that is offering PiYO LiVE classes! This is a class for YOU and YOU alone. Take time to get away for 30 – 45 minutes just to have some YOU time. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, we have some fun and we get some exercise in!
Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 12:00PM – 12:30PM – POWER & STRENGTH
- Wednesdays: 5:45PM – 6:30PM – 45 Minute PiYO Class (Starting 4/3)
- Thursdays: 12:00PM – 12:30PM – STRETCH & FLOW
- Saturdays: 8:00AM – 8:45AM – 45 Minute PiYO Class

What Do You Need:
- Yoga Mat
- NO Shoes OR Socks
- Water
- Any comfortable fitness apparel: leggings, tank tops, shorts, tee shirts – anything you are comfortable in.
