PIYO LIVE & POUND

Chickee’s Dance World is excited to announce that is offering PiYO LiVE classes!  This is a class for YOU and YOU alone. Take time to get away for 30 – 45 minutes just to have some YOU time. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, we have some fun and we get some exercise in!

Class Schedule: 

  • Tuesdays: 12:00PM – 12:30PM – POWER & STRENGTH
  • Wednesdays: 5:45PM – 6:30PM – 45 Minute PiYO Class (Starting 4/3)
  • Thursdays: 12:00PM – 12:30PM – STRETCH & FLOW
  • Saturdays: 8:00AM – 8:45AM – 45 Minute PiYO Class

NO SATURDAY CLASS APRIL 7TH!

For those of you who don’t know…
WHAT IS PIYO?

What Do You Need:

  • Yoga Mat
  • NO Shoes OR Socks
  • Water
  • Any comfortable fitness apparel: leggings, tank tops, shorts, tee shirts – anything you are comfortable in.
